As a part of completing the FFEM project, all participants (especially of school leavers age) will have access to relevant voluntary work and job opportunities within FFEM, these skills will support:
-Getting young people ready for the working world
-Supporting young people through their work experience
-Re-defining the way they learn through hands on, work-based experience
-Developing a better attitude towards future aspirations
A major mission in FFEM is supporting our young people, particularly those from deprived and low income areas, to have better future aspirations.
At FFEM we have developed a number of partnerships with clubs and organisations which help to support our girls who wish to pursue further careers in sports.
We have successfully supported participants from the FFEM project exit into established football clubs such as:
-Crystal Palace Ladies FC
-Millwall Ladies FC
-AFC Wimbledon Ladies
Education is at the heart of FFEM, our passion is to support as many young people in gaining accreditations, which ultimately will encourage the pursuit of further education and training.
We offer access to a number of training & education programmes, such as:
-Junior Sports Leaders (Level 1)
-FA Level 1 & 2
-BTEC Sport & Exercise Science
Our young people will have developed a vast and diverse number of skills and experiences, all of which support their confidence, self-esteem and relationships within their communities; supporting better future aspirations.
